You know that moment when it’s your child’s birthday and you think back on the time you found out you were pregnant? Yeah, I’m totally there and having a moment! Today, March 26th 2013, my daughter Zoë is three years old!  Where oh where does the time go?

Our first sonogram!

Being that Zoë is now a lot more aware of her birthday, I decided to do a little something for her this morning. I wasn’t sure of how it was gonna turn out as we all know how toddlers are at the crack of dawn.  She woke up to her dad attempting to serenading her with the “Happy Birthday” song. We then proceeded to get her dressed and ready for daycare. We even allowed her to wear her favorite tutu outfit! She then proceeded downstairs to see the layout of her favorite breakfast foods which included a stack of mini pancakes and blueberries! Of course I had to jazz it up by adding some candles to each stack of pancakes. I even created a “princess throne” with left over tulle from the tutu easter basket project : ) Check out the pictures below :

Oh boy! Was she a happy girl : )

Happy 3rd birthday to my darling daughter Zoë! May your wish of becoming a princess come true (even if it’s for a day)!

Love, hugs and pixie dust!
